  1. where abouts are you located ? please pm me if prefered,we have had one possible sighting of the rider heading along kenworthy road(ironically!!!!) at about 5:30 pm but they didnt get the full reg plate as the bike in question was doing silly speeds regards mark
  2. lets keep this on topic please,my brother is very upset with regards to the matter,as is the entire family any information please contact either south yorkshire police or myself,we are very keen to track down this idiot but not start a vigilante group which could end with an innocent person being involved just to refresh older teen/young adult yellow helmet bike was dark orange/red crosser/offroad bike red learner plates on the rear "y" registered so around 2001 year my son has been sent home from hospital, most of his injuries are minor with several cuts bruises etc to his arms and legs, back injury of which im assuming is whiplash from the impact and a nasty lump on his head thankfully he will make a full recovery, the next person to come accross this biker may not be so lucky the sheffield star and look local paper will be running a story on this incident,so please guys spread the word many thanks mark

  4. Today (20/6/2011) a young boy aged 12 was the victim of a hit and run incident involving a motorcycle rider, the incident happened just after 5pm on monday the 20th of june I am appealing for anyone with any information to the whereabouts of this biker as he left the scenen in a hurry after knocking over the 12 year old and leaving him with head injuries and a fractured hand, plus many cuts and bruises to his arms and legs the information we have from his friends is that the bike was a cross/off road style bike in either orange or red paint,it was a Y reg bike with learner signs the rider was wearing a yellow helmet anyone who lives in the area of deepcar/stocksbridge/warncliffe side/bolsterstone etc if this bike rings any bells with you please get in touch the boy injured is my son,and i will not rest until i track down this biker who basically seems to have no thought for anyone other then his own little pathetic existance! the accident happened as my son and his friends were approached from behind by the biker,my son's friends moved over to the left of the road, and as my son moved over onto the dirt/grass area to the right of the road(country lane with speed bumps that runs along side the dam at ewden)to get on the grass, the biker swerved onto the grass at the side of the road at what we can gather around 40mph,and hit my son which sent him flying into a metal fence and trees the bike then rode on for around 10 metres before stopping turning to the kids and swearing and abusing them for using "his" road, then sped away so please anyone in the area, either if you know the bike/biker in question or just keep an eye out for the bike discribed, please please get in touch as this bloke will be brought to face his actions, this i swear contact me via private message many thanks mark

  9. to the original poster you sir are a baffoon,If the royal mail fold do you think that you will be able to send a letter to be delivered the very next morning for pennies to the other end of the country ? do you think that TNT or DHL or citilink will send out people on foot in 12 inch deep snow to deliver that said letter paid for with pennies to its destination the next morning ? do you think that DHL or TNT or either or really have any intention of delivering letters to every single letterbox in the country for a flat stamped fee ? the royal mail do a fantastic job in sometime horendous conditions because they are required to by postcom(the overlords) to continue to deliver this service no matter what, whereas the competition(dhl/tnt etc)just pick and choose what they fancy delivering themselves(generally within the M25) and then dump the rest on the royal mail to clear out! your stating it has took over a week for a "special delivery item" to reach you ?? utter tish im afraid,i would be questioning the dispatcher personally,as that special delivery you failed with delivery today "WILL" have been sent yesterday! so please give your postie a chance, especially in these conditions eh! regards
  10. the roads around stocksbridge(apart from manchester road)are unpassable unless you have the right machine i.e 4x4 or winter tyres the council have finally arrived with 1 grit wagon, but the road clearing is gonna take time i feel, but i have heard they are focusing there main efforts on carr road, thus allowing people to get to higher ground cedar road and hole house lane are shocking, compacted snow and ice marcus
