We went here on Wednesday night. The restaurant was comfortable and the service friendly but the food decidedly average, certainly not as good as Baan Thai or All Siam. I will give it another go when its been up and running a bit longer.

Had a takeaway the other night, was very average and both curries just lumps of meat in very sweet sauce. Not very impressed compared to some of the other curry houses we now have in Sheffield.

We have about 50 flykillers on the shelf at work. If the manager wants to trade a couple of em for a slap up meal ! ???

A new curry house has just opened on Eccy Road next to Napoleons, just wondered if anyone had been yet? Looks nice from the outside. Was going to try after visiting the new Greystones pub on Friday night.

Someone mentioned in passing that Caffe Uno on Eccy Road had shut down. Can anyone confirm if this is correct?

Super food, excellent value and really friendly attentive service. Good to have another good curry house in Sheffield to go to. They were very busy when we went but food still superb!, they rushed when adding up the bill and undercharged us by £7.

I did point this out though and the total was still less than £30 for 2 including starters, mains and 4 beers.

I texted Bashir last week and he replied that there wasnt enough income to stay in business - :-(

el toro tapas bar at broomhill does 3 courses and a drink for a tenner tue to sat 6 - 7pm, went other day and really enjoyed it

Went for first time last night, we are both veggies and thoroughly enjoyed it, great friendly service and nice food, especially the beetroot and goats cheese!

Me and a mate went tonight, was a bit dissapointed. The staff are lovely and I quite like the old fashioned feel of the place but the food was quite poor. We were both starving too which made it worse. I normally eat everything on my plate but left quite a lot, my friend hardly touched his.

Never been open when I go up Woodseats for a breakfast before work

Went last night at literally 1 minute past 9pm, were told we stop serving at 9pm! Great service, not . Wont be going back there!

They clearly have nothing better to do, and foie gras is lovely. I expect they were all wearing leather and are chicken eating vegetarians anyhow lol

 

Maybe Ill pay it a visit and order it to show that people do want it, therefore they should sell it.

I hope any place that sells foie gras shuts down. Most people including meat eaters would agree that the process to produce it is disgusting and cruel.

p.s-try kings fine foods on the 'net-generally a lot cheaper for some choc bars-you have to pay quite a premium in chocodores.

Perhaps the rent is astronomical.

I have never bothered with the bars but I think that the hand made chocolates are far better than anything you could purchase off the net - I agree they aren't cheap but you get what you pay for.

They said they dont deliver to S11 ! :-(

Tried to order a takeaway on Just Eat tonight and they turned down our request! Was gutted cos the food sounded lovely
