obviousley they wont be damageing bones they will learn them the basic steps and dicipline.

i think 6 is a good age to start cause if they cant box till 11 then they will have all that training and might make a good boxer xx

i rang a flat up in chapeltown for my brother to rent. the boke said he is away on business in america for the next 10 years i thought this was dodgy straight away, then he said to view the flat i would have to pay £150 to him through western union so he can get his flight home for me to view as so many people have let him down and he has lost out on money.

they dont use that much electric my friend had one from chapeltown sunbeds and all our friends used it but all she did was charge people £2 each and at the end of the month it was enough to have it for another month
