  1. Joe was the friendliest guy you could ever meet he was thoughtful and generous and always had time for a good chat, yes there were people that he thought were total w..kers and he was probably right. We spent every weekend with joe for the last 8 yrs or more and he was a very close friend when he went into hospital we never thought that this would be the last time we would see him on Christmas eve. Sadly Missed, You are always in our thoughts joe RIP x
  2. Check the pressure on the boiler, there should be a small clock it should be above 1.5. if it is below this then there should be an outlet valve which you turn this lets the pressure go back up when it reaches around 1.5 turn it back to original position. Not sure if it is the same on the boiler you have but you can try. Good luck
  3. Yes....especially this last week had to go out and buy some fly spray, every time I turned round they were there...and in the passage way...Grrrrrrrrr

  6. DPS should have been used for the deposit, stands Tenants deposit protection scheme, and your situation is the reason why they have it just look it up online, ask your landlord what grounds he would be keeping the deposit, because he has to have a valid reason. It would go to court and they would decide. This happened to my daughter they decided to keep the deposit because the carpet had got a bit dirty with people walking in and out whichreally is just general wear and tare... I did sort it ...but fancy putting a cream carpet down in a house with just a lounge and kitchen where you walk straight off the street into the room this was up heeley, sanby Drive.
  7. This was a really good bar to have a drink and a good chat with friends of old and new. We had some really good times and people loved it because it was local and such a variety of people, they should re-open and make our day
  8. I think the only moron here dear is the one that wrote it to start with.
  9. I am quite calm dear, and these people drive in the middle of the road even when they should not. Maybe you are one of them. But to be quite blunt dear these people are a menace to the Road.
  10. Sharrowlane and Sharrowvale Road the bend near frog walk. These people ........I mean they are doing about 40mph.
  11. I am female, and most of these women in these big cars, should get off the Road they are a menace.
  12. I do slow down on a bend regardless, but to make sure I don;t get rammed by little people who think they can drive these big pick ups amd 4 x 4's. I am extra careful believe me. It does not excuse the way they drive though does it.
  13. Instead of picking up on the type of vehicle why don't you look into how dangerous this is. and for your information I do know the difference, as my brother has one.
  14. Absolutely. But having hand free does not stop you from driving in the middle of the road does it.
