  6. My company is still looking for full time care driving care staff, £6.50 in the week and £7 per hour at weekends and 20p per mile and thats without nvq's etc, it is more if you have. To go the guy who quoted " you don't have to be a rocket scientist" Caring is a very difficult and mentally consuming job, i've done it for 18 months now and I love it that much i'm training to be a nurse this september, but I can tell you now it is not easy! A bet these rocket scientists wouldn't have a clue how to deal with a sick elderly woman or somebody who isn't aware of their surroundings or walking into body fluids everywhere, yes they may be clever but they don't have the guts and love we have for other human beings! PS. message me if you would like the contact details for the company I work for
  7. The care company I work for pay £6.50 per hour in the week and £7 per hour at the weekend, inbox me if you want details as they are recruiting x

  16. Soooo. I bought my car 4 weeks and 2 days ago.... which was given a months warranty on it and 2 days after it has expired, i try to reverse and boom, gear, 2,4 and reverse have completely stopped working. Had my car breakdown guys come and collect me and he said one of the 2 "strings" has either snapped or somethings lose. He says it's an easy repair. Do I question the garage who sold me the car and try and come to some sort of agreement regarding repairing it or do I just try and find a decent garage with reasonable prices to fix it. The recovering man also said that underneath the car, he could tell I'd had the clutch replaced ( which the garage had done before I bought the car ) and he said that the under panel was really lose and hadn't been attached back properly, which could be a reason I'm having the issues with the gears..... Do I take this up with the garage, do I have any leg to stand on? Any help would be great and any recommendations for garages with reasonable prices as need my car working by saturday! Thanks Everyone PS. I don't know much about cars, other than the fact all the garages I have ever been to before have ripped me off cos they can see in my face I have no idea whats going on.....
