  1. we looked into going there for my son's birthday, and to be honest the £15 per head party price did put us off. We ended up going to jungle mania and all the kids had a great time and the staff where fantastic as always. looks like we made the right decision.
  2. I can remember me and my mate going in on friday night we got a drink and wandered into the smaller room, we were greeted by the sight and sound of Sonia doing a PA spot on stage. we just looked at each other turned on our heels and went back in the other room. It was so funny we still talk about it to this day
  3. My dad Roy Cottam worked at Parkins on middlewood Road up till 1983 when he was made redundant, shortly afterwards he died from a heart attack. I can remember going down with him on a sunday to light the furness for the early Monday shift and then going for a walk along the river. Me and my sister would run on the spot on the steel rollers on the floor until dad came from lighting the furness and told us off.
