Hi, my name is Jennifer Karen Davenport and I was born on 10/05/1987 in the Northern General Hospital in Sheffield. I'm searching for my Dads side of the family. I lost contact with the family when I was 1 year old after my Mum and Dad split up but I would love to meet them again. My Dad's name is Mark Davenport. He will be in his 40's. I also know that I have a half sister called Keeley. I also know that they (also my Dad's parents) are from the Heeley area of Sheffield and that's where they still might be, but obviously, I have no way of knowing if they're still there. Wow, I haven't heard this talked about for ages. I used to work in the Rock Island Diner. It was only work experience but I LOVED working there and getting up to dance on the tables..lol! After seeing that car outside the place since I was a kid, I couldn't believe the day I actually got to clean it. Of course now I see that I got all the crappy jobs that nobody else wanted but I really enjoyed my time there! They should never have closed it!

I've been here and asked this before with no joy, but I figured I'd try again. I'm trying to figure out how to get in touch with a singing teacher I once spoke to on the phone when I was about 16. All I know is, she was on or near Halifax Road area and spoke with an American, maybe Canadian accent. I really want to take up lessons with this lady. Does anyone know of her and how I could contact her? I would pass along my number for her to call me, rather than me having her number. Thanks a lot!

Yeah, buses get WAAAY over packed! I dread getting on them! The tram's get bad too. I was once on a packed tram at about 8:30am when I went to Castle College years ago. It was that full, I ended up going lightheaded and falling to the floor. I looked like I was drugged up or somethin..lol! Thank god that a nurse saw me and took me to 'Cooplands' for a cuppa! lol

Hi, well I've been singing for years as a hobby but now it's got to a point where it looks as though it's gonna be a career too, so I really wanna get my voice spot on, well, as spot on as it CAN be..lol! I do different styles. Pop songs, show songs, country..etc, but I think I need to work on technique and delivery...I just wanna be more powerful. I can pm you the links to some vids of me singing if it helps, but as I said, I need work! lol! Thanks a lot!

I've had a lot of bad experience with the council. Nobody get's anything anymore 'cos they're too busy knocking down properties and having to give those people priority!! I mean, it's only right...they can't leave people homeless, but then why not just STOP MAKING THEM HOMELESS and give someone else a chance?!..grrr! Sorry..I just think the whole 'bidding' system is a farce!

I just called 'Wizz cat sanctuary' and she says that the only people that can do anything in this is matter is the RSPCA. I asked if they'd be put to sleep, and she assured me that they wouldn't. I would've made the call for you but obviously, I dunno where you are. Here's the number she gave me...24 hr line too. 0870 5555999 Hope this helps.
