Total Posts: 101 hi im realy new to sheffield and sheffieldforum my home now is in chapletown in a quite cul-de-sack.its a 3 bedroom semi and im wanting to down size as its too big and too quiet.the only noise is the bin men.si iv been offerd a realy nice house on the woodthorpe,springwood,and on queen mary road.the council office at chapletown say its in a great location both homes,picturest,lovley people and great shopping areas but iv not seen them yet as i got offerd them friday..what is the areas realy like sounds great what the council have told me

Beer prices in Wadsley Bridge are on a par with Southey (Soverign £1.70 at Wadsley £1.90 Southey) and cheaper than Colley.

As for anyone getting stomach cramps tosh never heard this problem before,probably a dodgy kebab.

We have a policy of anybody with a problem with beer can return it no problem,we have very little returned.On the contrary we have lots of compliments regarding our beers.

As for outside ,if you can find a club in South Yorkshire with better grounds please let us know.

Sleepercreep as a fully paid up life member there is an Ordinary bGeneral Meeting this Tuesday at 20.30 hrs please come along and express your views regarding your club.

Wadsley Bridge Club is alive and thriving not one penny owed to anybody ,money in the bank and the busiest club in the north of Sheffield.If you knew what you were talking about you would know that keg beer cannot be watered down so be cautious.

If you ever come in the club which I doubt you do see me re price of beer quality etc.

Just received commendations from Molson-Coors and Carlsberg re the quality and service of our beers.

Just got back stayed in Rio Park .Great hotel ,will be going back next year.Some friends stopped in the Rosamar they are booking to go back in there.

I thought it was a bag of sh**e a complete waste of my time watching it.

I've just had this virus and managed to get rid I hope.What I did was switch the computer completely then switch back on .Straight after putting password and before any programmes boot up press Ctrl,Alt Del and start task manager.As stated before finish any processes ending in exe and this should stop the virus .Do a full scan then a clean with CC Cleaner and then system restore 2 days previous and should be OK.I got really worried with mine and seriously thought I'd have to get new computer.If it's the same virus pop-ups kept coming for Viagra and Porn.You also cannot access the internet at all.

Heard last night that this club had shut .Does anyone know if it's true,would be a pity if it has.

I'm sure that those who say that being back to their car late should be penalised also tell their manager that they were 5 mins late back from their lunch and deserve their wages docking for the week.

I have just been down there with the Sheffield Star along with other people that have been clamped.

A car was clamped there yesterday but the owner couldn't raise the £185 until this morning.They weren't allowed to take the car and it had to stay there all night.Got back to it this morning windows smashed stereo and sat nav gone plus £185 to pay Grrrrrr.

Talking to the owner of the hairdressers in the precinct customers have already cancelled due to this clamping.

Can you tell me how this encourages people to shop in Hillsborough?This car park used to be free !!!

I've just stated what's happened to my oh on a different topic sorry about that.I'm going down to see the managers of all the shops in the precincts to make them realise that people will not use this car park.I am also contacting all the obdusman that relate to clamping re the charges and whether this firm is legalised ,which I very much doubt .the form that was given to my oh was very dubious and is going to be looked into.

Today my OH parked in the top car park above the Hillsborough precinct she was 4 mins late getting to her car.Her car was clamped and the clamper was stood there and demanded £185 for 4 minutes. There was also an elderly couple there who also had to pay £185.My OH had to go home and get the money to be released .If this is how Hillsborough wishes to be a shopping area they have got to be taking the ****.No longer will I be shopping down Hillsborough and after the publicity that I will be giving will any one else.

I went in Tuesday teatime for something to eat with my oh .Food was spot-on drinks ok and atmosphere ok.Never seen any problem in here recommend to any one wanting a normal pub meal at decent prices.
