"Devils Island" as I call it in Sheff city centre. Hate it, its more like Whacky races trying to get round it . -
Think they choose to do smaller, easier jobs first so that it looks like they are doing a lot of work. More attention needs to be paid to the major roads.

If there weren't so many restrictions at public tips. there wouldn't be a problem with fly tipping !
