  1. A cross Country Race for all Age groups takes place in Graves Park on Saturday 27th 2014 at Graves Park . Entries taken on the day, races in all age groups , details on http://www.sheffieldrunningclub.co.uk
  2. Entries are now open for the third running of this race. The event has been moved from a Saturday to Wednesday evening the 9th July 2014 . Entries on line at http://www.sheffieldrunningclub.org.uk. Its a tough but scenic 10k
  3. Great opportunity to run a 10K on one of the best off road surfaces in the city Graves Park
  4. Running with other people will improve your performance , on club nights people go out in all weathers so you might go out when tempted to stay at home.   5. The SRC deal also includes free entry to local league and championship races , a weekly email to keep you posted with up to date news , a choice of up to 6 different training groups on a Tuesday and Thursday with a qualified coach. We now run from the English Institute of Sport ,meet at 6pm .

  7. The Stocksbridge Chase is now in its second Year a scenic 10K above the town through Bolsterstone .   8. Just come down to Sheffield Running Club any Tuesday or Thursday lots of groups of different abilities , we have a members who live in the Kehlam Island area. Look at the web site for a flavour

  11. Also don`t forget the club circuit recent Dam Flask Relays 400 runners , Wednesday night Road Race League very vibrant . Most of the big races need a lot of support from the council and budgets continue to be cut
