Hi Trevdiet I am really sorry to hear about the trouble you had getting through on the phone on Sunday. Our reception staff try their hardest to answer calls as soon as they can, but on this day we were extremely busy with a National Karate Event in our Sports Hall, a swimming competition in our pool, on top of a large number of customers coming for leisure swimming and to use the gym facilities etc.... We are constantly reviewing our telephone system to try and ensure that all calls are dealt with as soon as possible, but on this occasion I can only apologise for the inconvenience caused to you. Hi Bluebell63 Ponds Forge is open for lane swimming until 9.30pm on Saturday's (except Christmas eve and New Years eve - when we close at 1pm). Hi there, Just to let you know that if car park is busy at Ponds Forge, then users of the centre get a discounted rate of just £1.00 per hour at Q-Park (just go to Ponds Forge reception after your activity to get a stamp). I hope this helps Thanks Neil Ponds Forge

Hi Carl As we are based in the city centre and because there is a very limited amount of car parking spaces, there is a need to charge, to ensure that people dont park here all day and thus would mean the car park was full all of the time (and this would be unfair to other users). We keep our parking prices very low (possibly the lowest price in the city centre), so that it is reasonable for our customers - Just £1.35 for 3 hours. Just to let you know that Ponds Forge is putting on a kids sports camps for parents who are not able to take time off work. It is for any children aged between 8 - 13 years old. This runs from 8.30am and children need to picked up at 5.00pm. If need more info, its all on the website. Thanks Neil Ponds Forge

Ponds Forge doesn't do a Cardio Kick class, but you could always try Body Combat, which is very similar, a good work-out and lots of fun! Classes currently run on a Tuesday (7.45pm) and Wednesday (7.15pm). Thanks Neil Ponds Forge, Sheffield

Hello Zumba classes at Ponds Forge are £5.50 (or free if you are a member of Fitness Unlimited). Classes are on: Monday - 11 until 12pm. Monday - 6 until 6.45pm. Thursday - 10 until 11am. I hope you enjoy the class! Thanks Neil PONDS FORGE
