expitlad Posted May 11, 2007 Share Posted May 11, 2007 You shouldn't transfer either, but why not. You pay for 1 bum on a seat or 1 car in a place. It's always bugged me that you can pay at a road side parking bay at one end of town, drive to the other and repark, only to pay again, when the original ticket sometimes has 40 or so minutes left on it.
