Spokesperson For My Neighbour

Recommended Posts

My neighbour is 92 and cannot get an appointment with his GP because the phone at his surgery is always engaged then when he eventually gets through all appointments are taken. Is there a spokesperson for patients at GPs surgeries ?

Not sure what you mean by this.

He would have to exhaust the complaints procedure at the GP surgery first.

On a practical level, maybe he needs to look at moving to another GP practice.
