TimmyR Â Â 10 #38 Posted October 31, 2016 If people used it, it would save a lot of congestion. It goes nowhere near anywhere I need to get to and I'm not going to cycle a 30 mile round trip to work everyday. Â Why not? I would. Stonks   10 #39 Posted October 31, 2016 When people write in saying leave the car and cycle, catch the bus or tram, if they would be kind enough to carry all my tools, power tools and materials, weighing quite a bit more than a hundredweight, not taking into account the bulk of the stuff, I would cycle, get the bus or tram. Cyclone   10 #41 Posted November 1, 2016 When people write in saying leave the car and cycle, catch the bus or tram, if they would be kind enough to carry all my tools, power tools and materials, weighing quite a bit more than a hundredweight, not taking into account the bulk of the stuff, I would cycle, get the bus or tram.  Nobody said that though did they. In fact people acknowledge that not everyone can use an alternate way of travel. Carrying tools or visiting clients during the day were 2 examples that I used of people who HAD to use private transport. Today I'm going to take the car, public transport is simply too slow to make my post work journey today possible.
 Share this content via...
