Almost inevitably we went to Dubrovnik, but we had a car, so we did drive up to Split for the day, which we enjoyed very much! (Interesting how you have to drive through a bit of Bosnia to get there!) We look forward to going back to Croatia, and have recommended it as a holiday destination on SF before...

Dubrovnik is nice, I think its a bit expensive, they tend to charge a glass of water in a caffe bar? So I heard.

Yes, Bosnia has a part of coast too, interesting no, complicated, oh yes!

You should go to some of the islands, Korcula is the best, there is a house of Marco Polo there- or its just a story

Welcome to SF!

We went to Croatia when we travelled and we stayed in Split, it's a beautiful place! The promenade is amazing, especially at night time!

We also went to Hvar Island on the ferry and that was like a paradise for the rich!

Hello to all!

I am moving in UK, Sheffield, from Zagreb, Croatia on 1.2.2016!

My wife is already there, and this is my first visit to UK in general.

 

Are there any Croats in Sheffeld?

Can you recommend me some cinema and best computer stores? (I am big

movie and gaming fan )

 

Good restoraunts? Fish and chips? Indian food? Grill?

 

Question for broadband and internet, we are going for sky variety package, is it ok?

 

I like to run, 2-3 times a week for 10-15 km, any good places for that in

Bluecoat Rise part of town?

yeah, i know what you mean, but my wife already works in Sheffield as self employed, and we were planing to leave Croatia for a long time, because economomic situation here, hopelessness, corruption and so on.
