District Heating

Just wondered if there are any forum users who on on this new "pay as you use" system. Our area is due to have the meters installed early next year and we only hear the good news stories from established sites. If you are on this new tariff can you explain the good and bad to us please, it would be a great help and much appreciated, thank you

Its not good from my point of view although its early days. It seems quite expensive at the moment, I do hope this evens out during the summer months. Also it does not seem as hot as before, perhaps less pipes under the floor? It really seems to struggle to reach a reasonable temperature.

Are you still a Secure Tenant (Part IV of Housing Act 1985) or are you a leaseholder under RTB?
