Nursery at Beighton of Fire

Just been talking to a friend who has said the nursery on school Road at Beighton is on fire and local roads are closed. Maybe worth sharing if you know anyone who uses this

I have just seen this on FB. It''s terrible for the staff and children who go there. Hopefully is will be open soon. Parents will have to find alternative childcare for tomorrow.

Bizzy Bees Fire

 

Hi guys to all of you this may concern . If anyone is stuck tomorrow ( initially ) there are offers of help locally . Lifestyle centre is open and we may be able to sort something with the Methodist church . Joan Harding offers the limes after 10 tomorrow , Jill Roberts the same with room space at the club ( miners) And Chelle Woods is available and is a local childminder ( fully crb / insured etc ) so some of this may give people a bit of breathing space with a base and with people's work commitments etc . I understand at the very least the fire has destroyed most of the roof so this could be a bit of a long closure but at least people are rallying round to support the village . Tracy

MAN CHARGED WITH ARSON AT SHEFFIELD NURSERY

Police have charged an 18-year-old man with arson following a fire at a nursery in Sheffield.

Elliott Hague, of Beighton, was yesterday, Monday 14 December, charged with arson not endangering lives.

The charge relates to a fire at Bizzy Bees Playgroup on School Road in Beighton on November 1 2015.

Mr Hague has been released on bail and will appear before Sheffield Magistrates’ Court on Thursday 21 January.
