Jsa and not enough national contributions

Recommended Posts

Unfortunately some people think they are employees until they go and sign on and discover that they were actually "self employed" or "consultants". It's a way for businesses to cut costs and screw their workers.

I believe that children are our future. Unless we stop them now.

Does he have a contract from when he was with them as it should be in there ? If he has and he signed it then he hasn't a leg to stand on sadly. Did he get a P45 when he left? If not then he wasn't on PAYE so not an employee. Has he got a P60 for the tax year in question he can compare to pay slips?
