AVG Locked phone

Has anyone managed to unlock a Sony Experia SP that has been locked by AVG? I upgraded mine and wanted to pass this one to my wife. On changing the sim card, it locked. I followed the procedure on AVG website and the unlock screen went and I was removing some of my stuff that she wouldn't want and thought it was ok. I then removed the device from the website. Next morning when she tried to log on, the log screen came on again and now I can't do anything according to AVG as I removed the device. Any of you guys got a solution please? Thanks.

have u tried just doing a factory reset

Hi Elektrosoft, I can't get onto the phone to do a factory reset as the lock screen comes up in seconds so no time to get to reset facility
