Hi general collective,

I need advise on building regulations in converting my single garage - detached from my house. It's to be a simple no frills conversion. I need advise on costs on BR. I will not produce an architect plan to submit. So what do I do?

Insulation will be your major consideration although if your not bothered about BC you can just work to a budget.
