surveyour   10 #1 Posted October 24, 2014 Hello All,  I was wondering if anybody had any tips on where to buy coal from, I have a van, so could collect.  I have a coal fire, and only just started to use it. I did not have a clue at first, so just copied the videos off the internet, and seems to be going okay.  Does any body know of anywhere that sells, or best place to buy coal and kindling wood? or would you say what I am paying is about right or even cheap?  So far, best place for kindling wood has been the Range at the retail park for £3 for a bag (not sure of weight), but say its about a size of a bag 5kg of patatoes.  And coal itself from a shop on same retail park at £3 for 10kg?  Also, is there much difference in the type of coal in that price range? does some cost more and say burn longer etc?  Many thanks. Obelix   11 #2 Posted October 24, 2014 Coal prices seem about right the kindling seems a little pricey.  http://www.fuels4u.com/default/winter-fuels/smokeless-fuels-for-multi-fuel-stoves-open-fires.html
 Share this content via...
