you have had leaflets printed but you don't know where to drop them?

 

I would respectfully suggest that you start with where you are going to drop them and work backwards.

 

What are the problems, issues and concerns of those people? How can you speak to THEM directly.

 

Unfortunately I can't help with your "where to drop them" problem - it would have been much easier to target them via facebook ads.
