shefftyke   10 #2 Posted September 6, 2013 I went down to have a look at the gym yesterday and I've got to say I was impressed. On the outside it looks like a shut down pub, but inside it's a top class place to train. I met Andy (guy who runs it) and he was really friendly and told me to get down next week to meet everyone.  I've never done it before, but would like to give it a go.
