I know there are a few meditation groups in the area, but I am more looking for people to share ideas with.

That's kind of my question... OP said looking for like minded people- like minded how though? if we knew that maybe the right people can get in touch...

Likeminded means open-minded I think. No specific religion or viewpoint is preferred. Just people that are interested in personal/spiritual devlopment and/or global awareness.
