You can't leave or enter the theatre mid frame you have to wait till the frame ends or there is a break in it.

Same with food you can bring in food and such but it will not be appreciated if you start munching things like crisps.

I wouldn't bother with head phones, I never have. In fact depending on who is commentating I turn the tv to mute when I am watching it.

Please, please please remember to put your mobile phone on silent or turn it off.

 

Finally I would use public transport if that is possible as the parking charges can be quite high.
