gym_rat   10 #11 Posted March 5, 2013 its the one that trips the green one when you have a faulty appliance earth  not necessarily - please stop giving dangerous advice.    OP, disconnect and unplug everything that is in a socket, reset the breaker and then plug things back in one by one, if the trip trips again take that last item away and get it looked at, if the power trips with nothing connected(and I mean nothing -you will need to check every socket) then you need to get a qualified electrical contractor to come and investigate.
