Signs by ecco fishcakes on wooley wood bottom

Recommended Posts

Has anyone else seen these signs?

Did put a smile on my face when driving to work on a miserable Monday morning.

These signs have been handpainted and put up by some guy/gal and are pointing out that the national speed limit sign means 60mph on wooley wood bottom. The the last sign mentions something about if you cant drive properly then catch the bus. :hihi:

I drive on this road daily and a lot of people ignore the speed limit sign and drive 30mph.

I need to see the responsible person and buy them a pint!!! It's ridiculous, the amount of people coming from fife st towards ecclesfield that speed up at the 40 sign after sitting at 30-35 all the way down! I don't understand why people don't do the limit (unless conditions are bad of course) I can't wait to drive down and have a look :D

I saw these signs approx 9.30 but they had been taken down by 12ish.

They were quite amusing, hope they did the trick.

Well done to whoever. :clap::clap::clap:
