madowl Posted September 29, 2012 Share Posted September 29, 2012 3 bed semi handsworth sheffield s13, council exchange for same 3bed or larger s5 area wanted, parson cross, fox hill or surrounding areas.. good size living room, large kitchen, 2 good size bedrooms 1 smaller room, hall way, landing, upstairs bathroom and toilet, down stairs toilet, outbuilding, coal house, good size rear garden, nice front garden, good neigbours, nice quiet street. close to handsworth adsa, schools, local doctors, good bus service... well presented clean house... a good size garden would be a bonus as ive 3 dogs... pm for more deatils. zoala Posted September 30, 2012 Share Posted September 30, 2012 I have a 3 bedroom council house to swap in S5 area 2 minutes from firth park roundabout private car park and a back garden, the rooms are really big, two storage rooms and bathroom upstairs and toilet downstairs the house is in excellent condition. i am wanting to swap for a house around heeley area or that side of town ASAP please i am open for any offer and suggestion.
