No it's on manor lane itself just above the council yard

 

Sorry, I don't know where is the council yard, was he ran towards the field near maltraver or the field near by the manor lane?

At the top of wybourne house road where it meets with manor lane, that field across the road is where he went

Excellent news, where did you eventually find him. ?

 

In S3 area, might had a fight with other dog, and ran away. Luckily I found him before the weather gone bad...:D
