CAN YOU HELP REUNTE THIS SCOOTER WITH ITS OWNER FROM SHEFFIELD The police need your help to reunite this distinctive scooter with its owner, after it was stolen last month. The scooter, which is a collector’s item, was taken from a flat in Priory Road, Sharrow sometime between 5pm on Thursday 25 May and 10.45am the following morning. The scooter (pictured below) is the owners pride and joy, having been in his possession since 1979. It was even used in the film This is England. The owner has recently had the scooter fully restored after it was damaged during an accident. We need your help to find the scooter as well as those responsible for taking it. Did you see or hear anything suspicious in the area around that time? Have you seen the scooter or been offered it for sale? I don't think they are allowed to give anything away anyway for health and safety reasons cos if there was something wrong with it it would leave them open for disciplinary action.

Let's hope they catch the horrible creature and hand down a proper punishment.

It could be but the helicopter was much later than that. Definatley after 1:00am so I doubt it.

It says on police website that a man was found with stab wounds and so a murder investigation is under way.
