PaliRichard   10 #18 Posted March 29, 2012 Self defence teacher, there were two of us.  It wasn't strange until it was your turn to be the victim and got thrown to the ground by your head, full on choked (in a demonstration to show how quickly you can kill someone by applying a choke properly, bruised windpipe a go go) and punched full whack in the middle of the chest (thankfully with protection) - that was us being safe, you should have seen us train in private!  Also once had to do some industrial painting and climb into a hole no bigger than a washing machine door into a tube 8' long by 3' high, that was fun! 12 hours a day for ten days straight - nice.
