Where did hot air balloon go?

Unlikely that he was running out of fuel as he had not long since took off from Endcliffe Park. He took off quite quickly, rising above the houses behind us, but then seemed to drop suddenly and just didn't get any height after that.

I watched him from the Hallamshire Hospital and to be fair, for once he actually went really high up, then it looked to me like he came down on Arbourthorne fields or thereabouts.

No idea where it went but got a quick picture of it as it went over Heeley.

He came over Ecclesfield area as well.

i also saw him land on the arbourthorne field and load the balloon into a landrover that must have been following, the helecopter was also up as he was apparently in some sort of trouble (rip in balloon)

May have been a chinese lantern some of em big as hot air ballons these days
