Some boxing gyms have equipment attached to punch bags to measure punching power, does anyone know of any in Sheffield that have these? I want to measure my punch, then see how much I can improve it (I do boxing, recreationally, at the gym). Before anyone suggests it, no I dont want to use one of those fairground jobbies, I want to use something scientific and proving. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
