for myself and it says:

 

If your black bin was due for emptying this week Monday 29th November – Friday 3rd December, please return your bin back to your property if safe to do so. Your bin will be emptied next week on your normal collection day and extra waste will be taken on this occasion – bagged and placed at the side of your black bin.

 

Similar for the blue bin, box and green bin apart from it doesn't say that extra rubbish will be taken.

Well it will be a normal week, hopefully, so put your bin out on your normal day, they're not on catch up just as normal.

My bin's still not been emptied, tommorow im going to take some of my rubbish to the tip. Are the council going to have the gaul to charge full council tax this month?
