Half of Batemoor without power

I live on Batemoor and thankfully haven't been affected but most of the Batemoor estate and i'm not sure where else has been cut off from their electric after some thieving barstools have broken into the sub station and stolen copper wire out of it.

 

Friends and family of mine have had all their electrical equipment fried after it caused a power surge.

Oddly and I'm not saying this is linked, but there is a Circus situated on the Bowshaw roundabout at the moment.

Like I said I wasn't saying it was linked, just happens to have occurred while they are about.

thats like saying i was in walkley last night (which i was) and there wasn't a power cut (which there wasn't) and the two were linked (which they aren't)

Just one thing, Why TF are you picking spots off my comment when the main issue is that 100's of people at the moment have no power and no electrical equipment that will work when they get power back because of some thieving so n so's?

if that's the main issue then why are you trying to create the impression that the crime was somehow related to presence of a circus?

If it's the sub station I am thinking of it is next to the field where the circus is.

The circus has been there for years without incident and I doubt this one has anything to do with them.
