Breast feeding in public

I really don't think it would. I don't think women breast feeding turns men on in anyway. I am female and I don't want to see it.

 

I think it may be akin to a bloke watching another man getting kicked in the goolies. The thought of breastfeeding makes me feel sick and actually causes me physical discomfort. Along with the inevitable leaking nipples I think breast feeding is gross

I find it quite the reverse, I think that it's a beautiful thing and a wonderful mother and baby bonding sight. I cannot understand why anyone would find it repulsive and it's because of attitudes like this that it is stigmatised and so many women don't even attempt to breastfeed or they give up after a few weeks because the attitudes of some render it impossible for them to leave the house and feed the baby on demand.

I had a friend who had the same attitude and she had unbelievable hang ups and issues. She refused to breastfeed herself as she considered it gross and unnatural and was even repulsed by the sight of a pregnant woman.

That may the case, however, breastfeeding is nothing more than drinking and cannot be compared to defecating. What is so offensive about a baby getting its sustenance from the source which is considered the most natural and the best for him/her?

They are feeding!!! It is a child! Before 1894 when bottles were invented, everyone breastfed. Its natural to do it and unnatural to hide it away.

 

And if people can't see a womans breast anything other than a "sexual object" then thats your own fault, not a womans.

 

Its natural, its normal, you dont like it dont look. Mothers have lifes aswell,if you choose to do it hidden away, thats fine, your own choice, but its unacceptable to critize women who are feeding their children.

 

Like i said, dont like it, dont look. Would you rather have a screaming baby whos hungry whilst a mother is trying to look for a "quiet place", who a happy healthy baby and mother minding their own bussiness.

I couldn't agree more. Perhaps some men cannot cope with a naked woman who doesn't have staple marks in her abdomen.

My gob was well and truly smacked when I was watching C4's excellent Sex Education Show, when all the young school girls were admitting to shaving down below, and the boys went "errrrggghhh" when a group of perfectly attractive normal women bravely paraded in front of them with their unshaven bits and wonky boobs. It was very sad to see how kids have been brainwashed into believing what is normal.

My gob was well and truly smacked when I was watching C4's excellent Sex Education Show, when all the young school girls were admitting to shaving down below, and the boys went "errrrggghhh" when a group of perfectly attractive normal women bravely paraded in front of them with their unshaven bits and wonky boobs. It was very sad to see how kids have been brainwashed into believing what is normal.

 

It's sad and quite disturbing. Girls are subjecting themselves to endless procedures to conform to some pre-pubescent genitalia image ever present in the porn industry and media, yet conversely, the flat chest is not lauded in the same way - thanks to a string of celebs and the porn industry combined, the stuck on look of perfectly spherically breasts is considered the ideal by many, even though by all accounts they feel like rocks.
