Stars nightclub what happend ? 23.01.10

My neice came home last night bruised and batterd, i thought it was one of them under 18's nightclub. (she's 16) but they let anyone that looks "older" than 18 in. Clearly there were girls 14/15 being served alchohol.

Police were called - girls were being pushed and trampeld on.

Heard someone got stabbed ? Don't know if thats a rumour or not. Her friend's Dad was picking them up and saw what was kiking off, went inside and the gang of youths (around 15+) went for him for trying to stop it!

Anyone else no any more info ?

Im really shaken up that they would acctuatlly let people in younger than 18!!

stars is not a night club its a private function room.

i didnt know they held under 18 nights .

i have done 18th birthdays there & they have to be ticket only .

i thought they were quite strict ?

Aye it's next to where the old ice rink was in town I believe, and they do do under 18s nights

i did an 18th birthday there in october i remember that all the guests had to have tickets to get in .

the trouble is there is a roller rink with a door leading to the stairs so anyone could sneak in .

Have been on phone to the friends Dad from his account it was some lad's 15th birthday and they was serving alchohol - and some youth's came in crashed it and one of the lad's got stabbed in the eye.

thats what i thought ive worked there a few times .

its so easy to get in from different doors .
