Used to see a fab lady but she left and since then I have been there a few times and each time was highly disappointed with lack of professionalism. I felt rushed and the stylists don't have a great deal of experience nor can they follow instructions. Most of the customers I have seen in there have been for a trim (pretty straight forward) or something which doesn't require any skill or imagination!
