kapapjonny
Guys I have had the privilidge of training with Lotar a couple of times now. His expertise has made me realise what a long way I have to go before I am in a position to offer any sort of tuition myself. Lotar has a high level of knowledge of Kapap, BJJ, Kickboxing and Boxing. His fighters Michael the Assassin Gabbitas, Andrew the Baby Assassin Gabbitas and Marco "the Donkey" (due to the power of his kick) Portaluni are a testament to Lotar's training and mentoring skills. In addition Spada "the bay" Stones is one of the best support guys I have met. I can do nothing than recommend this club a 100% as a training ground for Kapap and MMA. emptycup
Hi all, Quick question in regards to Kapap. Is it £5 a lesson or £5 for the evening? I.e. Personal protection and body conditioning for £10 on a friday or £5 all in? Cheers.
