Bonjon
There is compensation to be had if you have suffered bad health since the flooding. for example. if you property was dried out by insurance approved company but you have now started to feel unwell or maybe developed asthma since returning to the home, and you have had your illness documented by your doctor the likely hood is this is linked to the floodings. Who on earth are you going to claim from if the flood effected your health? The sky? The country where the water was evaopourated from?
Bradi
Who on earth are you going to claim from if the flood effected your health? The sky? The country where the water was evaopourated from? nope none of these. if you have suffered ill health since the floods then it is highly likely the property was not dried correctly. This fact can be easily confirmed.

Bradi
No we are not ambulance chasers , yes we do know of a specialist company that has offered legal aid in the past but we have no ties with them the firm is discreet and do not offer a "no win no fee" type claim. however when the legal stuff has been done and if there client needs decontamination work carried out then yes we are a phone call away if needed. we just clean and decontaminate the mould . Mould is not always visible.
