Terraced yard into a garden?

Just wondering what kind of cost would be involved very roughly in having a lawn, built on say 2/3 of a 3.5 x 4.5m yard?

 

what kind of drainage? building work? digging?

 

And the time frame it would take to have it done?

i just returfed a section of my garden. £40 for 20 sq metres of turf.

we have just used a1 turf £1.50 per square metre also do topsoil very pleased with it.
