  1. I have recently been asked to do a bit of modelling work in Leeds, but spend most of my time in Sheffield and wondered whether anybody knew of any good agencies around here to approach? Or, alternatively whether anybody knows of anyone looking for a male model to do any work at all. If anyone would like to discuss further please pm. Thanks, Chris
  2. I am looking into the potential of starting a new business in Hong Kong and wonder whether anybody had spent considerable time there or anyone knew of anyone who lives there who I could get some advice from?
  3. Hi, I was wondering if there are any particularly well renowned personal trainers in Sheffield, or any forward thinking ones that anyone could recommend? If so, could people pm me their details. Thanks
  4. I don't have arthritis, but have dealt with a lot of clients with the same problem. From what I gather you will be particularly stiff in the morning, but as you move around it will ease off. They will encourage you to exercise, which will be hard as it will hurt, but it will be beneficial in the long term. If you have any more questions feel free to pm me. The company I own helps with arthritis sufferers, as it is tied strongly to circulation. It is worth checking out ww.just-breathe.com and consider coming for a free trial, as it will help alleviate your pain.
  5. SammyJane, the society sounds very interesting and seems to provide budding entrepeneurs with the vital tools required to help them succeed. I have only recently graduated myself (from Birmingham) and have set up my own business in Sheffield. However, not living in Sheffield does slightly hamper my networking potential and would be interested in getting involved at some level, whether it be giving advice or merely being a member. Please pm me and let me know your thoughts. Thanks, Chris
  6. I have started a new business and am commuting to Sheffield from Wakefield, but don't have the cash flow to employ someone at the moment. I was wondering what requirements I need to bring someone in for work experience and what the best way would be to go about it? Thanks, Chris
  7. Hi Tobymut, it is horrible. I had the same problem about 9 months ago and got to the stage where I would try anything so I got involved with a new product in the UK, which is like simulating altitude and it has done wonders for my sleep. Quite phenominal! ww.just-breathe.com
  8. Now at Greens in Sheffield an altitude simulator to ensure you make the most of your trip, whether you are going skiing or climbing everest it is important to acclimatise to the altitude. Used by some of the England players before travelling to South Africa. ww.just-breathe.com
  9. That sounds really good and would be interested, is there a certain date to apply by?
  10. All great advice above! However, my asthma got to a really bad stage and tried many things to help combat it (Using my blue inhaler upto 10 times a day) and came across a thing in my gym which said it helped asthma, I was very sceptical but gave it a try and haven't looked back. I maybe use my inhaler upto 5 times a week. It's not cheap, but I have felt lots of other benefits. Certainly worth a look. just-breathe.com
