Same happened to me. I was on 87 coming from town and operator channelled through to bus driver and informed there had been a serious accident in Spital Hill and required to go on a diversion. However once back on route and heading back on to Barnsley road the operator channelled through and informed there had been a further accident on Barnsley road and required everyone to detour up through Shirecliffe. I had to get off the bus in Pitsmoor and walk up Barnsley Road. Buses was turning round and detouring - none stop traffic. Apparently a group on police officers on their motorbikes were travelling to accident in Spital Hill and police woman on motorbike was knocked off her bike. Ambulance came and rushed her to NGH. Hope everything is now ok.

Hi Thank you everyone for your help and concern. Smudge74 - thank you for your help - yes we have phoned, CATS, RSPCA, Council department and everywhere possible to inform them and was unlucky. We have been to neighbours houses, walked streets shouting her with food etc. Unfortunatley not chipped as that was the task for this month and she lost her collar a week ago! (just bought her a new other day nbut obviously she didnt come back for me to put one back on for her) Printing posters off today and will be up in shops. I have also advertised on a couple of websites and registered her disappearence. Thanks x

Hello all I need your help/advice... I have already bought my 11" balloons for party which is this saturday.. However, I do not know whether to it is cheaper to go somewhere to have them blown up or to hire/buy a disposable helium can. I have 45 balloons that require filling. Whats the best thing to do.. also does anyone know how much Ron (at Firth Park card shop) charges per balloon for these to be filled? Thanks:help::help:

Hello Wondered if anyone has had the same problem who goes to Haircraft in Loxley. I've been trying to ring their number 0114 2332806 to book an appointment for a while now and its just ringing, ringing and ringing. Has it temp closed or something or changed their number? Does anyone know what happened in Firth Park yesterday 26/05/2011 around 3pm outside Sure Start Centre? There was police vans, ambulance, police cars... Was quite concerned to what had happened? - I never heard anything just turned round to find them all there.
