  1. I live off hunters bar, and just had scrapmen drive up & down the road I live on with their horn pressed continuously... I'm curious.. what's the purpose of this?
  2. I was re-spraying the main body of the roof rack from my car in my back garden a week ago. I left it outside to dry overnight and by 10am the next morning it had been yanked. wasn't even visible through the passageway between my house and next door. But he wasn't in your house was he? I've seen some awesome stuff get chucked out in skips, such a waste if someone else can make use of it.
  3. Thanks very much all. SF is an absolute lifesaver sometimes!
  4. Hello, I was wondering if anybody knows where I can get a key cut tomorrow morning before lunchtime? In S11 or city centre please. Thanks!
  5. Just seen a topic re: stolen catalytic converters, I can assure you this bears no relation to that! We have just replaced the Catalytic Converter on our 1994 Suzuki Vitara so we have one going spare. It's aged as you would expect, still in working order though. Just wondering where/who we could sell it on to? Have received one quote for 'around £15' so far Thanks
  6. Hi all, I need to get some of those paper sky lanterns tomorrow. Does anyone reliably know where I can get them from in town/ eccy road area? Not too expensive thanks
  7. Seeing as you all were so helpful and supportive in this tale, I thought I'd give you an update Predictable as it may be to all of you, it wasn't our intention, we fell in love. Completely nose over tail! Zeus (His official name:hihi: ) has been with us ever since that fateful day he turned up outside my partners house. After taking him to the vets with no chip, and placing an ad here, with the RSPCA and corresponding with them about Zeus, we just could not find the way back to this little kitty's home. So in the end we gave in to those beautiful green eyes! http://postimage.org/image/zyk1mles/ I have never encountered such an affectionate cat. He loves bumping his forehead onto yours and rubbing heads, chasing moths, doing what I SWEAR is the cat equivalent to kissing (bumping his wet nose onto the nose of myself!), he loves his special cat bed and knows that is his sleeping area but WILL wake you up in the morning by plonking himself infront on the pillow of your face and purr until you move. He is now chipped and has a tag on his collar with the mobile numbers of both myself and my partner so this kitty can always find his way back home
  8. Hiya, I;ve got free enrty to covert and wondering if it's worth going to? Yes, I am a young-un but I'm not sure what kinda music they play at covert and what type of people it attracts. Than-q!
  9. Just what we need, we only have M&S food, Tesco Express, 24 hr Spar, one-stop and Co-op.
  10. Ey-up all. Wondering if anyone can tell me where has some offers on Saturday nights? I'm going out for my birthday tomorrow and would like some ideas of places to go. Especially places that give out special treatment for birthdays! (my friend got into plug for free last-week as it has just been her birthday) Than-q
  11. Has two steps changed hands within the past year? I've been living in Sheffield for nearly two years now and when I first moved in, Two Steps was worth walking to but it seems to have gone downhill alot lately. Just curious
  12. It's my partners 30-something birthday next month and I'm after a few birthday ideas that aren't necessarily awfully cheesy, just a bit of a laugh. Was thinking a spot of karaoke for a short while, but I don't know anywhere in town that does that? Any other suggestion appreciated
