letter from graham white soolicitors today- notice of intended litigation. "Take note- the costs associated with issuing a claim in the county court is as follows: " = £207.25 plus the £148!! "In the event of a judgement order not being adhered to, we may seek a warrant of execution. This wouls allow a bailiff to attend your address and remove goods for sale by public auction, and in your case I would alert the court to all facts known to us including your owbership of motor vehicles" The scare tactics are working!!! -

Today I have a letter from a debt collectors about this. asking for £148! It says "we are fully aware of anecdotal information being presented via the interner and on various websites and you may well feel this guidance is worth following. We strongly urge you to seek independent legal advice rather than rely on these opinions, and we would respectively suggest that you refer to the Civil Procedure Rules part 31, and more specifically parts 31.16 and 21.17" I am now getting worried that I will be taken to court!, and that this bill will escalate out of control. Please advise? Has anyone been in this situation too? -

I would pay council (after appeal and if i lost) as i would have to! However lack of clear signage etc would still have made it unfair!! Do you have a vested interest Bonjon? -
jacks castle advertise on facebook, i had them for my daughters party- Think it is £50 for day?

Nipped on here before re a parking fine. This was issued by a company called TPS. However was issued on council property. Do i have to pay up or not? Anyone know or dealt with these before? THanks
