Thanks everyone who replyed ! Ive ended up using OTRIVINE SINUSITIS SPRAY , within seconds my nose was clear , and felt it draining at back of my throat ( yak ! lol) and was lovely to be able to smell things again !! but the pressure is still there in head , you are right you could quite easily chop your head off !! The doctor has given my anti b's but they arent working , gunna go back monday to see if i can have anything else. x

does anyone suffer with sinusitis? Ive been recently diagnosed with it , and suffering with constant pressure in head ,, blocked nose , effecting ears pain across cheeks feels all blocked. Just wondering does anyone suffer with this? and what did u find what helped? No Nasty comments please as this is not nice !

Why dont you by some stretchy black trousers? or failing that you can by material were it goes over your trouser buttons and its elastic so it grows with ur bump plus it holds your trousers up lol x

I agree , ive asked my tutor this also to hand my essay in early for her to mark it and tell me what needs tweeking , they wont do it ! But other tutors will alow it in different areas

I to am doing an OU course. i find drafting learning from the previous essays and also the tutors comments helps a lot , and also letting other people read the essays to see if it makes sense as well.
