Hi, thanks again for your kind help in finding the tube. Just let you know I do not need your tube any more. Today in my street, I saw one scaffolding company was building the frame for roof work, and just bought one 2m long tube for £5. I am using the tube to help me loosen crankshaft pulley bolt together with a break bar. Hopefully 2m should be enough for this purpose. Will try when weather allows.

Thanks a lot for your quick response. My builder told me the rain leaking (wet wall surface and bedroom cover damp) is because of the chimney without cowls. I know nothing about the reasons. Recently my builder helped me re-point all ridge tiles and remove chimney pots and refit. but the problem is still there. so he asked me to buy these things to cover the chimneys (with air vented type).

There are 2 chimneys (one is in use, the other not), i need 2 chimney cowls to cover the top of the chimney because dripping caused wet wall surface. My builder will help me fix them but I need to buy them by myself. can you recommend a local shop to buy the cheap chimney cowls? Thanks.
