Hi peggsta Me and Hubby knew a Keith Grantham that lived on Colley Ave till we moved in the 60s. I wonder if it's the same one? would he be in his 60s now, if it's him I used to spend many a time playing cards with him. I was newly married, and yes that's all we did, have a laugh together, strictly platonic.Hope somebody can tell you what you want to know, and I hope he's keeping well, he was a nice guy.

Yes i think this is the same guy,i know his mother used to live on colley ave,he was a huge guy who liked to drink,i remember he used to be a long distance lorry driver and used to drink in the greyhound pup down ecco.It was his son that wants to know if anyone has any storys to tell about his old man.Thanks for the quick reply.

Ooh glad it wasn't just me then, was gonna ring em up on monday as I got the letter today. Thought our lass had spent the money on sommat else and not told me!

It sounds like the little buggers may have come off the dog and into the carpets so it wont matter how much you treat them,I had the same problem when i bought a dog of someone and got the frontline treatment from the vets who adviced me to get someone out to treat the carpets and it did do the trick but cost around 80quid,well worth it though.Good luck.

Thanks for the warning.When he climed over the fence where did he keep his bike?he really should be caeful because someone might nick his bike if hes leaving it lying around while he does a bit of thieving.

I used to love the twits by roald dahl,but that was many years ago,I suppose they is a bit more choice now days.

Its usually the same age group [16 to early 20s] that tend to deliberatly slow down or just stop in the middle of the road and glare at you,but the ones that get on my nerves are the ones who see you coming but just stroll across anyway,i usually dip the clutch and hit the revs hard making them think im accelerating towards them they dont look so clever when they jump out of they skin and run across,try it its great fun but be sure to hold the clutch down before hitting down on the revs.

last night? no police? they were all over the place, espically on my rd but thats due to the fact i live on rokeby drive, but even when i went off my road they were still all over the place

I walked down wheata to the bottom of rokeby and didnt see any police around 11oclock.

Cops seem very busy tonight in parson cross,i didnt see a cop car at all in parson cross last night,which i thought was strange with what went of on sat night,i was round that area as well and expected a high police presence.
