Just wondering the car park opossite the dog track and napoleons casino in Hillsborough, can anyone park near the church away from the reserved spaces of the casino and dog track. I pass it everyday and it always seems to be pretty busy by 9am just wondering if you are allowed to park there without visiting the casino and dog track ? as it is a big car park.

what is the malin bridge park and ride car park like ? can you get a space before 9am ?

i thought about morrisons but wasnt sure if they was a chance of him getting clamped or a fine ? i know they are some side streets near the jet petrol station but i think he said they are for residents only , what is past the college down that industrai road , anyone know if you can park there ?

My son has just got his first car and is fed up off having to catch public transport and being late for college everyday because it is never on time , dose anyone now of any parking were he can park between 8:45 and 4ish , any side streets or car parks ? around Hillsbrough. Thanks

Just being to the Fulwood inn , great meal as alway and it was busy so looks like trade is picking up for them. Noticed that they are having a quiz night every sunday at 9 , £1.00 per game i think it was but with a free buffet, cant go wrong , gonna give it a try i rekon, anybody else up for it ?

Wanting to go shopping next week , but i would like to visit another shopping center outside of sheffield. my mates say Trafford center is the best , what are your thoughts , what are the best ones you have being to for clothes etc. also i would be catching the train so places like leeds,manchester , london etc . thankyou ;-)

dose anybody know of any resturants / retail buildings up for lease in sheffield city centre , or any websites that i may be able to start my diner up, im looking to seat up to 80 people at first with a bar . so any buildings with bar and kitchen with seating for up to 80 please let me know. thanks :-) p.s as you guys and girls have being so helpfull and come up with some great idead , when we open the diner up i will email you all a 30% of your bill voucher when you come and eat with us ;-)

Hi all, thankyou once again for your suggestions i have being thinking about the opening times and i think that opening till 11pm is a much better idea than 8pm. i notice some people think that they are enougth american resturants in sheffield. but this would be an american diner with an idea i have had from the beginning that will attract people from all over not just from sheffield, this idea has being one for well over a year and we are now putting our plans / ideas together. our diner would also be customer focused listing to your ideas and seeing how we can improve and add your ideas to our plans. we are looking into getting a jukebox which will play old classics also having the kitchen / grill open so all the customers can see their food being cooked. this is as much as i can tell you all at this point. we are still trying to get the location right as we want it to be easy for customers to get to , and park etc, thanks once again and i look forward to seeing you all when we eventually open :-)

Thanks for all your suggestions , keep them coming, i have yet to think about the menu and costs etc. im in the very early planning stages . i dont want it to be a tacky place though were it is a big buffet with lots of food that isnt that fresh , i would offer table service with a freeshly prepared menu . in a nice clean , relaxed atmosphere, which would be a fun place for all ages to be.
