If it's of any use, some years ago,when getting dressed i noticed every morning my shoulder always used to crunch/crack sort of thing. I was given a copper bracelet which I wore purely as it looked nice, I'm very sceptical about things like this working but to this day it has never cracked/crunched since ?? I'v got no idea if it genuinely works or it's just coincidental but it worked for me

I do have a picture, and the zig zags I parked on have only recently been extended after resurfacing as it was used for parking previously, there was no danger at all, that's not the problem , I wondering if it's OK for them to park in bay when there were other legal places, I could have parked in it but then that would be me " knowingly " breaking law and not accidentally as what was the case ---------- Post added 31-01-2016 at 17:25 ---------- Thanks el cid, as stated , I'm not after a let off, I didn't intentionally park on them on purpose, it was fine a few months ago to park,it's just a case of familiarity breeds content parking and won't park there again

Hi, just wondering if anyone can clear a small matter up? I have just received a parking fine for parking on white zig zags, I admit to this and have no problems with the reason for fine ( I dint park on them knowingly or on purpose ), However,the Sheffield parking services who issued the ticket openly parked in a disabled yellow bay purely to issue my ticket even though there was legal parking a matter of yards away not in disabled bay,a witness who knew me asked them to wait one minute and get me to move car but they wouldn't, upon asking them why are you in disabled bay they denied it, so he took a photo of their vehicle and they quickly left, I will gladly pay fine but has anyone else had a similar situation and what was the end result, cheers

Iv also seen the toaster bags but it the actual toaster Im after, I'm a bit of an old stick in the mud I'm afraid, the one I had before (might have been tefal ?? ) used to seal pretty well but only around the edges so you could put a decent amount of filling inside, oh well it looks like the search will have to continue, many thanks for all the ideas and suggestions so far ????

Seen the Diablo one but want an ordinary one thanks, as for the ones on eBay, I'd prefer on that's available in the uk, there must be somewhere that sells them, maybe I'll swap the wife for one seem as she's the one that's caused all this ?????????

Can anyone tell me if you can still buy a sandwich toaster that DOES NOT cut them in half (cut and seal) ?? Just seals round the edges?? My wife has throw mine out , without asking I might add :-) , now I'm distraught as all new one have the cut and seal thing, please please help ??????

This is a real tradedy, I know where accident was but in the interests of respect I'll decline to say , but my thoughts go out to family especially at this time of year :-(

Thanks huffy_500, I wanted to put them on my original alloys then swap em in the spring for normal tyres, I might just risk it :-/

I originally toyed with getting spare rims but the problem will still be the same, 55 profile on a 205,50 ,16 rim , I'm only wondering if any one has tried it with any probs, thanks to all anyway'

As I stated, I can't get the tyre pattern in correct profile, I'm only asking if anyone has fitted similar and had any probs, it's hard to find decent winter tyres on 50 profiles without paying the earth for them and I don't do the miles to warrant that amount of cost, I was going to have them fitted then swapped later for summer tyres.

Two reasons, 1, my volvo is crap in snow( surprising as it Swedish ) and 2, I'm going with my gut instinct and saying yes we will have snow,not a lot just yet but later on ????

Hi, question regarding snow tyres, I have 205,50,16 tyres/ rims on my car but I am thinking of buying a set of 205,55,16 snow tyres, has anyone fitted slightly larger tyres on and had any probs?? I'm aware of speedo calibration will be out slightly and the chance of arch rub etc, only ask as can't get the required tyre in 50 profile,thanks
